Overview

By booking an appointment with FACED Aesthetics LLC, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read them before scheduling your visit. These terms apply to all services offered by FACED Aesthetics, including waxing, lash extensions, and facial treatments.

Appointments and Booking

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Deposits vary by service and are applied toward your total service cost.

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and you have received a booking confirmation. FACED Aesthetics reserves the right to release unconfirmed appointments.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless FACED Aesthetics cancels your appointment. If you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled visit. Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for full service payment at the time of future bookings.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not contact us in advance will be considered a no-show. No-shows result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require a higher deposit or prepayment for future bookings at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients. Your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a late arrival that results in a canceled appointment.

If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy

All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will work with you to address it. Refunds on deposits are only issued in the event that FACED Aesthetics cancels your appointment.

Health, Safety, and Contraindications

Certain medical conditions, medications, and skin sensitivities may affect your eligibility for specific services. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health information prior to your appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, skin conditions; hormonal conditions such as PCOS; current medications, including retinoids, blood thinners, or antibiotics; recent cosmetic procedures; and allergies.

FACED Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for your current health status, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Right to Refuse Service

FACED Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time for reasons including but not limited to skin contraindications, undisclosed health conditions that present a risk, client behavior that compromises a safe and respectful environment, or active skin infections or open wounds in the treatment area.

In the event that a service is stopped for contraindication reasons discovered during the appointment, a partial service fee may apply.

Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at FACED Aesthetics without a parent or guardian present. Clients between the ages of 16 and 17 may receive certain services with written consent from a parent or guardian. We do not provide services to clients under the age of 16.

Patch Tests

We recommend that new lash extension clients request a patch test at least 48 hours before their full appointment if they have known adhesive sensitivities. FACED Aesthetics is not liable for reactions that occur when a patch test was declined or not requested.

Pricing

All prices are listed on our booking platform and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking is the price that will be honored for that appointment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the FACED Aesthetics website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of FACED Aesthetics LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

FACED Aesthetics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Clayton County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our booking system or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
